CareerSadhana is provided for personal career development, institutional assessment preparation, and talent evaluation. You agree not to misuse our platform, attempt to bypass assessment timers/proctoring, interfere with client-side integrity checks, or use automated scripts to scrape job listings or blog content.

2. Assessment Integrity & Proctoring Rules

When participating in proctored assessments, you agree to grant required camera, microphone, and screen share permissions. Attempts to obstruct camera inputs, disconnect required screen shares, switch windows excessively, or use unapproved aids may result in flagged incidents, session termination, and notification to your assigning organization. Incident evidence is compiled into tamper-evident audit documents with access strictly bounded by a 24-hour expiration window.

3. Disclaimer

ATS scores and simulation feedback are approximate and for guidance only. Aptitude and coding evaluations are deterministic benchmarks. CareerSadhana does not guarantee employment, interview selection, or specific career outcomes.

4. Account & Organization Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Organization and vendor administrators are responsible for the management of assigned candidate pools, authorized access codes, and compliance with institutional data governance policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, assessment question banks, proprietary evaluation rubrics, logos, and software provided on the platform are the exclusive property of CareerSadhana and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
