Assessment Rules, Privacy & Proctoring Consent:
This interview requires permissions for your Camera, Microphone, and Screen Sharing. Speaking into the microphone is required to answer interview questions.
Verbal Answers Allowed: Candidate speech to answer interview questions is expected and permitted. Normal verbal responses will never trigger a warning or violation.
Integrity & Termination Policy: Reaching 3 warnings OR 3 violations (such as tab switches, multiple faces, phone detection, or stopping screen share) will automatically submit and terminate your interview immediately.
Copy/Paste Restrictions: Webpage copying, cutting, pasting, right-clicking, and forbidden keyboard shortcuts are disabled.
Data Processing & 24-Hour Image Evidence Retention: Verbal answers are transcribed in real time to evaluate communication, relevance, and structure; answer transcripts, durations, and AI feedback scores are saved with your assessment results. Video and audio streams are analyzed locally in your browser in real time using browser-native APIs. Continuous video is never recorded or streamed to our servers. Audio activity is monitored using a heuristic Web Audio API analysis (not AI). Candidate speech for interview answers will never trigger a violation. If a qualifying integrity violation is detected (such as phone use or multiple people), a single still frame is captured onto an off-screen canvas and compiled into a compact incident PDF report for manual administrative review. Access to incident evidence strictly expires after 24 hours, after which payloads are removed upon cleanup execution, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
